In a powerful and united effort to combat breast cancer, the Chiquita Felder-Stephenson Breast Cancer Resources Fund has forged an alliance with influential partners, including Author of “At The Edmund Pettus Bridge On Bloody Sunday” Pastor Councilwoman Mary McBride-Lee, New Spirit Revival Center Pastored by Dr. Darrell & Dr. Belinda Scott, DOPE, Inc founded by Chaquanzha Stephenson, MA’AT Thinking, Inc., founded by Chadwick Carlisle, Boundless Global, Inc. founded by Deidra Davis, We Are One Worldwide, Inc. “WAOW”, founded by Dr. Chief Lance Jones and the Josh & Tyler Stephenson Memorial Fund, founded by Eric & Davette Stephens, Unified Global Capital Solution and Community Development Solutions Together, they are taking on the Breast Cancer Challenge, aiming to register 3 million women globally for mammograms.
This collaborative endeavor extends its reach to Mayor Joseph Ganim of the City of Bridgeport, Bridgeport City Council, Bridgeport City Health Department, State of Connecticut, World Conference of Mayors and communities at large, involving entrepreneurs, businesses, non-profits, corporations, faithbased, women, and families worldwide. The primary objective is to encourage women to prioritize their health by setting mammogram appointments.
A Holistic Approach to Breast Cancer:
The collaboration includes a vital partnership with Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent’s Medical Center Breast Care Center and The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute at St. Vincent’s Breast Health Center. Beyond treating the disease, the initiative emphasizes caring for the whole individual – body, mind, and spirit.

Nurse Navigators
Cancer Connect offers the support of breast cancer navigators who guide individuals through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Risk Assessment
Genetic counselors assess family history to identify potential genetic variants, aiding in personalized risk assessments.
Survivorship Program
Ensuring peace of mind, the Survivorship Program guides individuals towards physical and emotional health during and after breast cancer treatment.
